Great ways to detox your mind

We just need to go outside to find the power within us. The good thing about nature is that it is always there and yet there is so much to see. Try to use your senses when you take that walk.

Focus on what you see, what is new, what have you never seen before?

Focus on what you hear, is it near or far? Is it pleasant or disturbing?

Focus on your smells, every season has it's own smells.

Focus on what you feel, the presence of air or the sun on your face.
