Mindful shopping, mindful living

Whenever I go shopping for food I try to be mindful about the labels. What does the food contain that you buy?

Often there are hidden sugars in prefabricated foods and they contain other additives. The awareness of this has definitely had an impact.

I prefer to start from the base and I buy mostly unprocessed products, like fruit and vegetables.
