The body is whole and everything is connected. It takes time to realize it. A good way to do that is to connect with yourself and nature can be a great tool for that. Just go out for a walk, find a cozy spot and just sit or stand, while paying attention to your breath. Just focus on breathing through the nose, breathe in and out. And that's all to it. Whenever you feel distracted, just go back to your breath.
